1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HADI-HMS ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and individual healthcare professionals.

2 Use of the Platform

You agree to use HADI-HMS only for lawful healthcare management purposes. Prohibited actions include:

• ✕ Using the platform to store unlawful or non-compliant healthcare records
• ✕ Sharing administrative super-user passwords with unauthorized personnel
• ✕ Reverse engineering or scraping platform code without explicit written authorization

3 Subscription & GST Invoicing

HADI-HMS is provided on a SaaS subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan. All invoices include standard Indian GST tax rates where applicable.

4 Data Ownership & DPDP 2023 Compliance

Hospitals retain 100% ownership of patient medical histories, billing receipts, and doctor records. HADI-HMS acts strictly as a data processor in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
