This Privacy Policy applies to HADI-HMS operated by HADI Tech Solutions. By using our cloud platform, you consent to data practices described in this statement.

1 Information We Collect

  • ✓ Hospital Identification Data: Administrator name, work email, phone, and GST registration number.
  • ✓ Encrypted Clinical Records: OPD consultation notes, lab test values, and pharmacy billing logs entered by authorized staff.
  • ✓ System Audit Logs: IP address, device browser type, and timestamp of sensitive billing actions.

2 Encryption & AWS Cloud Security

All patient records and diagnostic reports are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Servers are hosted in Tier-III AWS Data Centers with automated off-site backups.

3 No Third-Party Data Sale

HADI-HMS strictly does not sell, rent, or trade patient medical records or doctor databases to third-party advertisers or insurance brokers.
