HADI-HMS is a Hospital Management System (HMS) software platform designed to assist healthcare facilities in managing their administrative, clinical, and operational workflows. The information and tools provided by HADI-HMS are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals and administrative personnel only.

HADI Tech Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, about the completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the platform, its features, or the information contained therein.

2 Not Medical Advice

⚠️ HADI-HMS is a management and administrative tool. It does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice.

Any clinical decisions made using data within the HADI-HMS platform are the sole responsibility of the licensed medical professional making those decisions. HADI-HMS shall not be held responsible for any clinical outcomes, misdiagnoses, or treatment errors. All medical decisions must be made by qualified, licensed healthcare professionals.

3 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure that the information and data displayed within the HADI-HMS platform is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee its absolute accuracy. The platform relies on data entered by users and connected systems. Errors in data entry may produce inaccurate reports or records. Users are responsible for verifying all critical information before acting upon it.

4 Availability & Uptime

HADI-HMS aims to maintain high availability and uptime; however, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the platform. Critical clinical systems should have appropriate backup procedures in place.

5 Third-Party Integrations

HADI-HMS may integrate with third-party services, APIs, or hardware devices (e.g., lab analyzers, diagnostic equipment). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, privacy practices, or content of third-party services. Any data received from or transmitted to third-party integrations is subject to those parties' terms and privacy policies.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HADI Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of patient data or hospital records
  • Financial losses due to billing errors or software bugs
  • Any adverse clinical outcomes resulting from reliance on platform data
  • Business interruptions caused by platform downtime

We reserve the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
