Getting Started with HADI-HMS

Welcome to HADI-HMS! This guide helps system administrators and hospital managers log in, configure basic facility details, add doctor schedules, and set up department structures.

Quick Tip: Ensure your browser is updated to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for maximum performance and thermal printer receipt support.

System Setup Steps:

  1. Log in using your administrative credentials at app.hadihms.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Hospital Profile to update your hospital logo, GSTIN, header text, and contact details.
  3. Add Doctors under Master Data → Doctor Registry to generate prescription headers and OPD consultation slot limits.

Outpatient (OPD) Management

The OPD module allows receptionists to register patients in under 15 seconds, issue token numbers, collect consultation fees, and route patients to doctor chambers.

Token Queue System

Automated token generation displayed on waiting hall screens by department and doctor name.

Digital Rx Writer

Doctors can type or click pre-built dosage templates to print clear legibly typed prescriptions.

Pre-configured test templates for CBC, LFT, KFT, Lipid Profile, and Urine Analysis. Auto-checks patient test values against normal age/gender reference ranges.
